What you bought
Payments purchase public promotional placement, delivered immediately upon successful payment: your listing appears on the grave's leaderboard the moment the gateway confirms the charge. Because delivery is instant, contributions are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions
We will refund: duplicate charges caused by a technical fault, contributions to graves we remove for breaking our own rules, and anything the law of your jurisdiction requires us to refund. Refunded and disputed contributions are removed from totals and rankings.
Being outranked is not a defect
Losing a leaderboard position because someone contributed more is the advertised behavior of the product and is not grounds for a refund.

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) within 5–7 business days of approval. Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law.
