What BuryIt is
BuryIt.lol is an entertainment and advertising platform. Visitors submit things — concepts, trends, products, annoyances — and anyone may pay to be publicly listed as a contributor (“gravedigger”) on a grave.
What a payment buys
A payment purchases participation and public promotional placement on a grave's contributor leaderboard: your chosen name, logo, tagline, website link and contribution amount, ranked by total contributed. Payments are not donations, not charitable contributions, and fund no real-world action toward the buried thing. Anonymous contributions purchase participation in a grave's public total without promotional placement.
Content rules
Things, ideas, trends, products, companies and technologies are fair game. Graves may not target private individuals, disclose personal information, harass, threaten, or attack protected classes. We may edit, hide, reject or remove any grave or contribution at any time, including after payment, when it breaks these rules.
Placement
Leaderboard placement is determined transparently by the sum of successfully settled, publicly displayed contributions. Placement can change at any time as others contribute. Losing the #1 spot is the product working as intended.
No accounts
There are no user accounts. Contributions are keyed to the display name you provide at payment. We cannot restore control of a listing to you beyond what payment records prove.
Liability
BuryIt is an entertainment service provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
